We provide technical support through our Technical Manager, looking at issues such a packaging, critical issues on things like allergens, salt and sugar reductions. We have a Technical Expert group made up of members so we have the ability to share and explore department specific issues and practises across the industry. Last year our technical team addressed and advised on over 200 enquiries.

Health and Safety provide expert advice and guidance to members across a range of industry issues around UK and European Health and Safety legislation.   There is a H&S Expert group sourced from within the membership who meet regularly to discuss industry issues and challenges for us to create clear and relevant advice for BFFF members.
